Thermodynamics and Combustion Engineering Laboratory (TDCE)

• Thermodynamics and Combustion Engineering Laboratory is one of the five thermal engineering laboratories of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IITM. The lab has seven faculty members and about 40 research scholars (MS and PhD) working on a wide range of problems in combustion, gasification and propulsion. The lab has excellent experimental and computational facilties for pursuing challenging research problems. The faculty members of the lab teach core and elective courses in thermal engineering at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
