Dr. Karthick Senunthapuram Kandasamy received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, in 2017 and continued his research as a Research Associate at IISc until May 2018. He received his M. E. in Aerodynamics of Ballistics, Missiles and Rockets from BIT, Mesra in 2012 and a B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering from Rajalakshmi Engineering College in 2010. He was a postdoctoral researcher at Technion, Israel from 2018 to 2023 and joined IIT Madras as Ramanujan Faculty Fellow in February 2023.
Dr. Karthick’s research interests include Gas Dynamics, Turbomachinery, Hypersonic and Aeroacoustics.
